Terms and Conditions of Shopping Online with Wilcox Safety & Signs
By shopping at Wilcox online, and using this website, you are agreeing to the terms listed here and elsewhere within this section. We may make changes to these conditions at any time and encourage you to review them periodically for any changes. Your continued access and use of the site shall be deemed your acceptance of these terms and any subsequent changes.

Orders are dispatched from Wilcox Safety & Signs during normal Victorian (Australia) business hours. Being 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday

Freight Charges
Where items are over 10kgs, of a bulky nature and/or delivery is to a regional area Wilcox Safety reserves the right to charge additional freight charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to delivery at which time you can chose to cancel your order if you do not accept the additonal charges

We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, however please note that delivery times vary and Wilcox Safety & Signs shall not be liable for delays. Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. PO Boxes will only be acceptable for small items. We must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you've indicated between the hours of 9am to 5pm it is the responsibility of the user to ensure the parcel will be accepted. Products will be deemed to be received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address if not being sent to a PO Box. If the Customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Wilcox Safety & Signs, the Customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Wilcox Safety & Signs as a result thereof and Wilcox Safety & Signs, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

The goods shall be at the Customers risk at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to Wilcox Safety & Signs of any defect within five (5) days of such date, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.

Re-Delivery Charges
A re-delivery charge will be payable by the purchaser if the carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt. The re-delivery fee will be charged to the purchaser's account by Wilcox Safety & Signs and by placing an order on this site you authorize Wilcox Safety & Signs to charge your Wilcox account if a redelivery is required.

Return or Exchange of Goods
Wilcox Safety & Signs will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 14 days) provided the goods are in original condition, current version and not a custom order or clearance item. Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale. In this case, if the return is authorised by Wilcox Safety & Signs, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to cover shipping costs for the original supply and handling costs.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Wilcox Safety & Signs, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.

International Delivery
For orders placed from outside Australia, international deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of you, the customer.

Export and Legal Restrictions
To the best of our knowledge we have no products that we manufacture or supply that would be subject to any legal restrictions locally or internationally.

Title of Goods
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Wilcox Safety & Signs as legal and equitable owner and the Customer shall hold such goods as bailee only until such time as the Customer shall have paid the full price. The Customer shall be liable to Wilcox Safety & Signs in respect of any loss or damage to the goods during such bailment.

Ordering Goods
Orders can only be placed by people legally able to engage in a contract. Any order placed by you via this Web Site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. Wilcox Safety & Signs reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.

The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

Privacy and Storage of your personal information
It is necessary for the Owner to capture information about you in order to provide the services offered through this website. The use of the information and your rights in respect of it is set out in the Privacy Statement Below.

Australian Orders
All orders for delivery within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Except for certain floor tactile which are exempt.

Currency and Conversions
Transactions via this website are carried out in Australian dollars (AUD) and processed through the international banking system. International orders are charged in Australian dollars. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider.

Wilcox Safety & Signs is based in Melbourne, in the state of Victoria, Australia and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be held under Victorian Law in a Victorian Court of Law.

The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an ?estimate? rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order.

The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using:
